DattaRemit is now ComplyRemit

Support that can see your transfer.

Get help inside the app from an assistant that can see your own account and transfers, and ask for a person whenever you want one. Conversations are saved, stored encrypted, and you are notified when our team replies. You can also email [email protected].

How do I contact ComplyRemit support?

Open the chat in the app and pick what you need: where your transfer is, something wrong with a transfer, not being able to send yet, adding a recipient, or rates, fees and limits. Choose Talk to a person to go straight to our team, or email [email protected].

What can the support assistant do?

It is an automated assistant that answers using your own account: your verification status, your recipients and where each transfer is. It explains what a status means and what happens next, but it cannot move money, change your details or approve anything, and it can be wrong — so a person is always one tap away.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes. Choose Talk to a person when you start, or ask at any point during a conversation with the assistant, and it joins the queue for our support team. You are notified when someone replies, you can see who you are talking to, and you can come back to past conversations.

Who can read my support conversations?

You and the ComplyRemit support team. Messages are encrypted when they are stored, and the assistant can only see the account it is talking to — it has no way to look up anyone else. Never share your password or your send confirmation code in a chat; we will never ask for them.
