Send money to Philippines from the United States.
We are not yet able to complete transfers to Philippines. This page describes what is planned so you can judge whether to wait; it is not a service you can use today.
Not available yet. The corridor we can complete today is the United States to India. See how that works.
How the recipient is paid in Philippines
- Philippine bank account - Pesos credited to the recipient's account at a local bank.
What you need from the recipient
- The recipient's full legal name, as it appears on their bank account
- Their bank name and account number
- Their city
How long a transfer takes
Once the corridor is live, pesos are expected to reach the recipient the same business day the transfer is funded.
How to send money to Philippines
- Create and verify - Sign up with your email and complete identity verification through our regulated partner. Majority of the time approved within minutes.
- Link your US bank - Connect a US checking account securely through Plaid. We never see or store your bank credentials. Only a tokenised link.
- Add a recipient - Enter the recipient's name, contact, and bank account, or a UPI ID.
- Send and track - Confirm amount, rate, and fees on the review screen. Authorise with email step-up (web) or biometrics (mobile). Track in Activity.
Why this page exists before the corridor does
We would rather publish what we are building, with the availability stated plainly, than describe a service you cannot yet use. When the Philippines corridor opens, this page becomes the place it is documented.
